Camping for the weekend is at St. James Farm in Wheaton and is open to all Cub Scouts and a parent, at any level of scouting (sorry, no siblings or families). Cost for camping is $25/person and includes a ticket for Scout-O-Rama and an awesome commemorative patch. We must sign up as a Pack and anyone interested in camping should contact Sheila Sandgren and submit your camping fees by February 21st (Blue & Gold banquet day). Due to the popularity of this event, WE MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) SCOUTS TO SIGN UP FOR CAMPING AND NO REQUESTS OR MONEY WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 2/21.

WEBELOS: THiS IS AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY TO FULFILL ARROW OF LIGHT CAMPING REQUIREMENTS!!!!!!
Earn Special 100th Anniversary Awards
A Year of Celebration - A Century of Making a Difference is an awards program developed specially for the 100th Anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America. There are five awards, each based on one of the five core values of the Boy Scouts of America: one for Leadership, Achievement, Community Service, Character and the Outdoors. The award is a uniquely designed patch of the 100th Anniversary emblem with slots to hold special award markers for each pillar of the program. Individuals will be able to display all earned awards at the same time on their uniforms by attaching award markers to the patch. Each award has different requirements depending upon age. There are five requirements for each age group. All you have to do is accomplish at least three of the five requirements to earn the award. You may want to do all five requirements, but three is all that you'll need to qualify for the award. Check the following link for Cub Scout specific information and an image of this impressive award! www.threefirescouncil.org/images/Activities/Files/100th%20Anniversary%20-%20A%20Year%20of%20Celebration%20Cub%20Scout%20Scorecard.pdf.
